GeoPoll is a mobile surveying platform which conducts surveys through the mobile phone in conjunction with our partners around the world. When you sign up for GeoPoll you will be eligible to take GeoPoll surveys through our mobile application, SMS (text) messages, or through other modes such as web-based links. In exchange for your honest survey responses, GeoPoll provides airtime credit or incentives via other means. Information is anonymously collected, and we will never share your personal identifiable information.GeoPoll surveys are randomly distributed to different GeoPoll users each time, so you may receive one survey and then not receive another for a few days. To ensure you continue to receive GeoPoll surveys, complete them promptly and answer questions to the best of your knowledge and honestly.GeoPoll takes steps to ensure respondents have a good survey-taking experience, which includes providing monetary incentives for the majority of surveys we administer. Incentives are provided upon completion of GeoPoll surveys or other tasks in order to compensate respondents for their time.
GeoPoll currently offers incentives via airtime credit in select countries, PayPal in select countries and mobile money (MPESA) in Kenya, allowing us to provide incentives to respondents around the world.We start the top up process as soon as you submit your request. Redemption through any of the channels takes any time from just a few seconds to 48 hours for the redeemed amount to hit your account.

If your country is enabled, GeoPoll pays you for successfully referring other legitimate users to GeoPoll. That is, if you invite new users, you will receive a bonus for every new user that completes registration using your referral code.
Share your invite code with as many people as you can and ensure they select “I was referred…” as they sign up and input your referral code. The credit will reflect in your balance within 48 hours.In case you would like to change your number, you may do so by selecting “Change Number” on the app’s settings page. Please note that you may change your number once only.Whenever you complete a paid survey the amount is credited to your GeoPoll account and keeps accumulation until you redeem. To redeem your credit go to the app’s menu at the top-left and select “My Earnings”. Click on Redeem and select the amount you wish to cash out. The minimum amount you can cash out is the equivalent of $0.5 in your local currency.
Also, it may take up to 48 hours for your redeemed airtime to hit your phone, and you may only redeem your earnings once every 24 hours.To reset your GeoPoll password, please launch the app and click on the “Change Password” link on the Log In page.
You will then receive a Confirmation Code on your phone. Key this in when prompted for a temporary password, then create a new password in order to proceed.GeoPoll may store some of your basic information such as age, gender, location, and education level provided by you when taking GeoPoll surveys to help us send you follow-up surveys relating to ongoing research exercises you have opted into and/or additional surveys for which your profile matches the specific research specifications. Per our Privacy Policy, this data is always encrypted and anonymized. If at any time you wish to opt-out and/or have your information removed from the GeoPoll system, you may request the same from GeoPoll. Please note that once removed you will not be able to participate in future GeoPoll surveys.We would love for you to stay, but respect your preferences and will never send messages to you if you have opted out . To unsubscribe from GeoPoll, reply “STOP” to an SMS message you recieve, uninstall the app, or send an email to [email protected].
For our research projects to be accurate, we are often looking for the best-matched users to complete the surveys. As such, sometimes, based on your answers, you may be deemed ineligible for a survey.
Being ineligible for a survey doesn’t affect your eligibility for other surveys. Always ensure that you are responding honestly and that your responses are as accurate as possible
To report an issue with your GeoPoll experience, including problems with surveys and airtime credit not being delivered within 72 hours, surveys dropping unexpectedly, or any other technical issue, please fill out the Contact Us form on the app.The community polls allow users to engage with each other by asking/answering questions at no cost. This also means that there is no incentive offered for the polls in terms of GeoPoll credit.
The lowest price point is your country’s local currency equivalent of USD 0.5 on average. This amount may be higher depending on your mobile network and the means that you have selected to receive the incentive.
(Please note: If you have not earned sufficient GeoPoll Credit in your GeoPoll account fo the means that you have selected to cashout (e.g. Airtime), you will not be able to see that option available to you in ‘Redeem’)
